Just bought my first road bike. A 2000 Buell Cyclone M2. I've always liked the crotch rocket and cafe racer style and being a union Ironworker (Local 25 Detroit) I couldn't buy a rice burner. Lol! I'm not fond of the long bulky tail section of the bike so i plan to customize it. I like a simple rugged look. I plan to do away with all the fiberglass and shorten the seat area and tail section. After seeing some pictures here I have some ideas. I'd appreciate the sharing of pictures or ideas. i want to make my bike unique and personalized. I want to make it a single seat with nothing but a rear tire, brake light and license plate behind it. Not even so much as a fender. I plan to fabricate an aluminum attachable, detachable tail section to hold a passenger seat and saddle bags for traveling. Again any ideas are appreciated. Over.

I swear im going to pistol whip the next person who says shennanagans... Ha, ha. Welcome to the board.

Hey Farva, what's the name of that restaurant you like with all the goofy shit on the wall and the mozzarella sticks?

Greatest movie ever!

Also why dont you swap to an S1 tail. Its shorter, I had an M2 years ago after I wrecked my S1. I swapped to and S1 tail, always though it looked better. But you will have to shorten the frame about 4 inches, and cut and re-angle the tail up a bit. But I think it was worth it.
