Blew the old belt off it on the way home ($300), and blew out 3rd gear the day after I replaced it.
And I find out that's REAL common in these. So common that you can NOT find new parts, at any price.
So the trans gears are on there way to a guy that will build up weld on the worn dogs, machine them square, are get them rockwell hardened (to 60 at about 60 thou).
I guess I can spend the time replacing the front brakes... and doing the fork seals.
But the tires are brand new! Can't wait to run over a nail as soon as it's running again
