It's a little Buell and the rest is pure power makes sportster look like sitting still and for a rigid rear corners well enough to drag the pegs both sides. And a lot fun to ride so it's to each preference thanks. Wild Bill Sparks Nevada

Nice! Given what Ducati has done with the Diavel, it would be interesting to see what Buell could have put together if they had made a cruiser...maybe something a bit like your bike, Bill!

09 Buell XB9sx (Post theft recovery before and after)

So my bike got stole in June 2013... See the picture with the black spray paint and trim tape :(

The pegs were broke, the electrical system was fried from being hot wired, the keys for the gas tank and seat were bored out. They rattle canned all the plastic too...

It was pretty sweet getting it back myself a few months later Only in Lompoc, CA would this happen. I can't believe someone would steal a motorcycle that stands out so much and stay in town with it. So after a lot of time, some money, and trial and error I got it back up and in good shape with some nice mods too.

I learned quite a bit the last 2 years fixing all the damage and getting it even better than before.

I'll try and be a little more active on the forums. I learned a lot about these motorcycles from everyone brain bumping here (and from the service manual)

New owner, got myself a pretty good 2006 XB12SS! Happy with it so far, hope I get plenty of fun filled years from it and I know this place will be a great resource for me.

Feel free to ignore the litter I overlooked before taking the pic...

Also, as part of a challenge from another forum, I got this artsy shot of it silhouetted against the mountains of southern Arizona. Probably could have been set up better and captured on something other than a Samsung Note3, but I think it came out kinda cool.
