You're photoshop magic is what I'm trying to get my bike to look like. Minus the chain drive and nutty exhaust.

I think it slides with the rear axle, so its not fixed to the swing arm but to a bracket that is held in place with the axle.

Ya!!! what Nitto12ss said [cool],sick,sick

I'd pimp it even though driving it on the street would mostlily destroy the engine since it isn't tuned for "Easy" riding on the street. Although I wonder if they can be retuned to better suit street driving?

If you are trying to make a street legal XBRR that is street tuned then I would recommend you do the following things....

1. Revolution Performance Engine Performance Kit

http://www.revperf.com/XB9-XB12/xbPerformKits.html

1474cc XB12 Monster Bore etc.....

2. Equal length headers

http://www.trojan-horse.co.uk/prods/84.html

better picture here...

3. Street tune your ECM with this GSD map and ECMSpy or you can run the Buell Race ECM (be sure you run the open airbox conversion and catch can with this engine setup to keep from choking the engine)

http://grandstanddesigns.com/shop/index.php?l=product_detail&p=49

4. Firebolt front end and Lightning Tail section with Buell CG seat and Radiantz LED integrated tail light and turn signal combo (see pg 5 of this forum)

I would also recommend (provided money is no issue)

-Buell Race Series front rotor with ZTL2 conversion kit if you have the 6 drum caliper... Also do the Nissin Front Master cylinder with 19mm radial reservoir

-The Brembo rear brake mod (with new brembo master cylinder)

-Passenger pegs for the rider position (instead of the 1" drop pegs) to increase lean angle

-Buell Race Suspension

-Barnett clutch kit (or the Buell Slipper Clutch)

-Muller Power Clutch

-Magnesium Wheels

-Carbon Fiber Body work

check out this chin spoiler belly pan combo!

-And a custom rear pulley like this one... just for a cleaner look

This combo will run you over $10,000 but will give you the absolute optimal street version of the XBRR... adding the rev perf kit to your motor will give you over 120hp and 100 ftlbs!!!! Which is the perfect amount for the street... any more and you would be robbing yourself of acceleration :( because you would have zero traction

ok... so now that I've been a Buell owner (and a contributing member of Buellxb.com) for a year and a half now.... I have finally managed to get my bike modded enough that I'm ready to post some pics of the overall bike...

Mods already done:
-Home built LED tail light
-Buell Lighted License plate frame
-Bolt FX License Plate bolts with white tag led lights.
-Buell Silver Flame high profile wind screen.
-Motrax LED Turn signals all the way around.
-Wrapped (Painted) Header
-painted the cylinders and heads high temp black

Mods I still need to do:
-Breather Re-Route
-Hawkins Muffler (or Drummer if I can get the fundage)
-ECM Remap
-Corbin Saddle
-Paint Plastics
-Wheels need to be re-powder coated

and finally... a close up of my new Buell Street Flame helmet... Anyone else get theirs in yet from GRHarley? (BTW.. thanks lleubbx for posting that.. these are great helmets at an incredible price.. I ordered a second one once I got this first one and saw how nice it is!!!) Only one warning on these helmets for anyone that ordered them... they run a bit small... I have always worn a size medium... and this sucker is TIGHT... but it looks like KBC will sell me a set of liner pads for it.. looks like it's the Model VR3 from them... NOT the Magnum)
