New XB12Ss Owner...in 4 days

Just signed the papers today for my new 09 XB12Ss. Got the all black one coming in on Monday. Can't wait. Been looking at the Buells for 3 years and never had a dealer here. The HD dealer finally started selling Buells this year. As far as I know I have the first Lightning sold at the dealership and maybe the only one here in the city and maybe the Province......is it Monday yet?

Hey Phaze, What province? What dealer? I got the last white 08 XB12R in Canada in Feb. from Privateers in Halifax. I'm in Kitchener ON. Generally not a fan of the lightning but that is a NICE bike, the black is very cool. Silly question...is the "tank" see through?

I'm in Newfoundland. Got it from Mile One Harley Davidson (Cycle City). I only know of one other Buell here and its the 1125.........3 more days...and the forecast calls for rain

Oh as far as I know the air box cover is not see through.

i rode mine this morning, then it started to sprinkle... so i rode home while i had the chance, and swapped it out for the car, thank goodness I did!!
