newb need help bad!

ok i just bought a 2006 buell xb12r firebolt with 4k miles on it, it has a vance and hines duel muffler, k&n filter, opened up airbox swiss cheese style, and breather mod, he had flashed a different map on it also. i was riding it and it had a flat spot under acceleration so i decided to put a new map on to try it out, used ecm spy and loaded a race map that he had sent me. every thing seemed to go well, untill i tried to start it up. it turned over and it fired up, ran for ~2 or 3 seconds and died. started it up again, held throttle open a bit and it still died after a few seconds. i called my buddy that i bought the bike from and he came over and we loaded the last map he had on and it still wont run. im kinda in a panic now b/c in a novice to tuning and so is he. i have no idea what i did wrong! cant get it to run. anyone plz help!

yes tps reset has been done
i had it way off the first time but the second time we set it correctly

Save what you have currently then load what is hopefully your stock EEPROM from this site: EEPROMs.
Try flashing it to your ECM.

just reload the eeprom that was originally on it. then you can save the maps from one of the race maps and just load the maps to your original eeprom like this video.

ok i did like the video instructed, and it still wont run, it turns over fires and dies, if i hold thorttle open it revs up and down holding it in one place. ive loaded stock eprom from the sight listed here and it was the same as what was allready on it. im at a loss
