NJ Motorcycle Permit info

Hey guys, This seems a bit irrelevant, but Im on my 2nd permit (ran out of time to take test on 1st one because of school). So I have been riding for 5 months now. My truck is in the shop and I have to go to work at night. Tomorrow night to be exact. But the restriction on the permit say no riding at night. Sadly, I HAVE to ride tomorrow night, I have great TRS HID lights, and I see no reason for me to get pulled over, but does anyone know what the penalty for riding after hours would be? Im sure I would be okay, but I am still concerned. MY Hawk exhaust my attract unwanted attention.. Anything you guys know will help alot! thanks!

Well I have no idea about the NJ laws.
If you have to ride it then you just have to ride it. I would be very careful because like you said you'll be riding at night and with an illegal exhaust note. Not to mention w/o valid MC endorsement.


All I can say is be careful and courteous if you do get pulled over.
