Noob question...

Hey guys. My names alex. Im looking into getting my first bike and to be sure that i make a good decision when buying a bike I need to know a couple things. First... in terms of mileage what should i try to stay under on a used firebolt? Second... how many miles can you put on one of these bikes?

If it was me, I'd look for under 5000 just because they're fairly easy to find. They have been known to do over 50k miles without any major work done.

i would like to find one with under 8k if possible but i might have an opportunity to pick up a '04 xb12r with 13k on it for real cheap. I haven't seen it yet but my buddy, who's friend owns the bike, claims it is in perfect condition. so i might have to jump on it.
