North Texas Ride Pics

Went for a little ride this morning with a couple forum members, Augustus_01 & Gilbert! Despite being pulled over by a state trooper, we had a great ride. Unfortunately Augustus_01 was leading the pack and was the only one who received a citation for speeding, but as good forum members do, Gilbert handed Augustus_01 some cash to help with the citation fund! I'll be sending him a PayPal to help out as well! Could've easily have been all of us! Enjoyed the ride fellas!

Here are a couple pics from the ride. We stopped to rest on the Denison Dam at Lake Texoma on the Texas/Oklahoma border.

Now that we have a Southwest Metroplex group of Buells and a North East metroplex Group of Buells we need to get a South East group so I aint gotta ride so freakin far to hang out with everyone....

Yep. Citation says 68 in a 55.

I see a go pro where is the video?

Last time I got pulled over in texas got clocked at 130, Pulling into San Saba on the 16 can be a bitch sometimes. Im just thankful the cop was cooler than Eskimo toes

Looks like a great spot for a ride, I would not mind going riding in Texas sometime. If that is your gopro, how do you like it? I've been thinking about getting one.

Yeah when I was statione din Texas that's where I recieved the biggest ticket I have ever had like 300 bucks or something. Not lenient at all. At least here in GA they give you the benefit of the doubt.

On my computer right now. For some reason, the camera saved the footage as three separate videos instead of one continuous shot. I also need some video editing software.

If that is your gopro, how do you like it?

I like it, but I feel like I have not used it to it's full potential yet. I've only shot video with it so far. Next time I go out, I'm going to try out the picture mode.

It appeared that the trooper that pulled us over was still in training, as he had another trooper in the car that did not get out. Had we been stopped by a senior trooper, I have a feeling I might had got off with a warning.
