hey all, just bought an 03 bolt xb9, new to the buell world but have been riding harley's for years current bike is a y2k road king.

would like all any any advise on mods/problems/accessories and jargon.

This mod can almost be considered a "Standard" mod to do: Hose Re-route Also check out the "Do-It-Yourself Buell Mods" section found on the Home page and just work your way down as you will.

Main mods are usually breather re-route, mirrors, cheese grater eliminator, exhaust, turn signals, just use the search feature and you will find plenty of info on all of the above, if you have any more questions on mods just post it up, I'm sure somebody (EVERYBODY) will chime in to help you.

Firebolt, no cheesegrater. Man I lol'd when I seen the tailend of the Lightning when I was in the stealership.

Sorry, didn't realize that, good point. I didn't really notice the cheese grater until I got my bike delivered to my house. I was like WTFITS? (What The **** Is This ****?)

Zamboni! thanks for droppin' a little science my way. The exhaust, air cleaner mods already done as well as a modulator of sorts for the efi. I assume its for mapping and such. And the cheesegrater is gone-dy
