NY Buellers??? Upstate/Albany here

Sounds like u haven't been to americade before...

I've done Americade many times.(all Harley's though. this time,Buell) Mostly rained, but I do remember some nice ones. We usually ride from Schenectady to Sacandaga, past the dam to Corinth and Lake Luzerne, then into Lake George. A short ride, but nice.

Tracy road by the way is like the NY version of tail of the dragon I guess!!

Not sure I believe that, though I've never done either one. Looks fun though and a shorter distance for me to get to.

yeah i was in americade last year and it rained all but one day i was there.
jg503- yeah that was probally me,my father lives in williamson and i periodically take the bike out there.would love to meet up and get a couple buell riders together. Right now mine is currently down and out,had someone mysteriously vandilise it in my parking lot and parts are on back order from american sportbike, but ill let you know when im back up and running.hopefully before americade...

Tracy Road is no Deals Gap, but more fun that most of the roads I ride. I would say that the App Gap is the best that I have ridden in the NorthEast.

jg503 I was out for a ride a couple Saturdays ago,(when it wasn't raining) I saw a red Buell on 104 . I had to do a double take cause I rarely see any Buell's when out
and around.

dodew69- that HAD to have been seeing as how Buell's are super rare around here and i was riding out there 3 different times. i did how ever not see you. there is a guy in webster with a blue and white 1125cr that i have seen riding around a couple times.

yes the 11th is correct,i have to pin down the details but i would say a 1-2 o'clock meet up time should be good.There is also a mountain top bbq that morning/afternoon on the top of the mountain that americade is hosting. would be a great time to get all of the local buells together for a ride up the mountain and get to chat and know everyone.Give me your input everyone and lets see if we can nail down a solid time and place in the next several days

Going to be with 2 of my friends one with a z1000 and another with an Aprilla my number is 516 637 0644 I'm going to be there from the 9th-12 and going to be doing alot of riding everyday. I believe to participate in the BBQ you would need a Day Trip Wristband, which you have to get at the Holiday Inn across the street from the A&W.
