This came up in another thread, so I thought I'd post it here for everyone as well.
Oakley has a special website for US Government (contractors, civilian, or military), you can get stuff dirt cheap. They have some really nice packs for around $50, as well as riding boots, armored gloves, and even prescription or non-prescription ballistic shades.
Prices are usually about half of retail, sometimes better. All you need is to register (for free) and send them a copy of your Gov't ID card.
