OD of headers please

Going to make an exhaust this winter I need to know what size tubing to get yes i know I could go measure it but i bet someone knows it and could save me the cold trip to the garage

1.75" for XB12 primaries. I'm not too sure but I think 1.625" for XB9 primaries. Check out spdexhaust.com. They have very nice stainless 18 gauge 1.75" mandrel bends.

I'd have to check, but I thought the stock xb9 headers were 1.5" OD.

Is this for a 1125 or XB?

Oops I didn't see this was on the 1125 page.

Lol, I missed that as well. 1125 stock headers are metric, 44 or 45 mm. 1.75” in english. Race headers are 2” into 2.5” at the front of the muffler. Have fun building them, its a pita.


If its just a slipon, use 1.88” 18 gauge tubing unless you have a way to stretch it out some.
