Officially in trouble!

I need some urgent help please!

After I fixed my broken horn issue by earthing the broken wire, I lost all turn signals.

Bought a new flasher unit, thought the other one was shot.
Plugged it in and nothing!

Unplugged light assembly and horn, plugged in flasher again and it worked.
Installed lights, connected up, tested again and nothing.

Checked fuses in box next to battery and all 100%.

Left hand switch cleaned.

Am I missing something? Other fuses? Connections?

Dodgy as he'll riding like this.

I need some help/pointers otherwise I have to take it to an electrical dude and pay mega bucks, which I don't have...my current job contract ends Friday with no renewal.

sounds like a problem in wiring in the horn, thats where the problem started and when its unplugged the problem goes away, once everything was connected the problem was back. did you repair the broken wire back to itself or ground it out possibly?

Not sure. I undid everything I did to check (removed horn ground) and still nothing.

Unplugged the indicator pins, checked and cleaned fuses, opened new flasher to check if anything got fried and it all looks 100%.
Opened wiring from connector to check for shorts and nothing.

This was the broken horn wire:

Simply put eyelid on and grounded it with the other wires shown.

ok wally...so you have lights and horn operational...and no turn signals. then you disconnect lights and horn and turn signals work. correct? if so you have a short in the wiring loom at the steering neck area which is behind the flyscreen/headlight bucket assembly.

I removed the light assembly with horn to get to the earth bolt.

Initially it didn't work when I plugged in new flasher.

At some point it worked, but then it didn't anymore.
I have no clear pattern for how/when it worked.

Not as simple as lights plugged in/out then it worked/stopped working.

Decided to book it in. Can't handle riding around without indicators.

Getting sorted on Friday.

Fixed. Was yet another broken earth wire.
