So I ordered a Ogio No Drag Bag for Xtreme for his birthday in April... and I was suppose to get it here at my house today the 11th.

Checked the tracking once I got home and said it was at my front door... Nothing at my front door. So I call UPS and they said it was delivered to 1863 crowley st... which is not even close to my address and it was 20 minutes away at a different house... bla. Also UPS says that the name on that box wasnt even my name. Even more bla....

So I go online and chat with the a person online for eBags and they told me that they have to return my money, have UPS pick up the box and they even have my right address... Then come to find out I have to REORDER my Ogio Bag.

Even though they gave me free shipping and 20% off I dont know if it will be wroth it or if I will even get my box next time. Also it makes me wonder if UPS is the one to blame because they might of put the wrong sticker on my box... hmm

I am just trying to decide if I should order the bag again or not.... what to do? I am also thinking about taking the code that they gave me and have me order one and have xtreme order one and screw them over them.... Is that a good idea?

Thanks for letting me vent... and what should I do? [confused]

Yeah shipping companies seem to be going down hill lately I use to never have issues and now probs every time I buy something...

I hear that is a good bag so I would say order again and if that isn't a one time use code I would say pimp that thing out!

did they give you the 20% and free ship before or after the problem?
 
yeah they have been slacking... and the 20% off and free shipping was after the problem... to try to make me feel good cause they ****** up
 
I've got the Ogio Less drag and have been very happy with it. It straps on so well, you forget it's on and don't really feel the weight. Nice choice. [up]
 
get the bag I have one it's awesome I love the helmet sling it has no need to leave your helmet with the bike since Buell's don't have a "stock" helmet lock
 
yes order two you know you want one if you make the trip to niagra this year hect i may ride with you two over there.
After you order post the code see if we all can get 20% off LOL I would :)
 
Get the bag! I've had mine for a few months now and love it! It's not huge inside but just the right size for me.
 
Okay sweet now i really want to get two... and if the code does work for more than one i will post it... it will probably be next week or two cause have to get my money back then order them. :) But will post the code if I can use it more than once :D
 
If it's only 20 minutes and you have the address I would just show up at the house and knock on the door and say "this tracking number says you got my box!"

Sounds much easier than waiting and reordering. I'd still tell them I want 20% and free shipping off my next order though.
 
Yeah that area of town isnt a good place for a blonde girl to go, i thought of it though.... so I guess that reordering will be better... plus i get to save like $30 so maybe it is a good thing. :p
 
Soooo I finally got my bag that I ordered for xtreme... The coupon code was off the original price not the price that I bought it for...

Ohhh man did I have to fight with one of the ladies (that didnt speak English well at all!!!) that kept telling me that I couldnt get the 20% off of what I paid because it was suppose to be off the original price and what I bought was already 20% off so she couldnt give me another 20% off... which the guy never said to me... she was not understanding that the guy said to me was off of what I paid so I asked for a manager.

Finally I got to a manager and she said the same thing but she told me the best she could do for me was 30% off the original price. So I still got the bag because the bag at the end was $104 instead of $150. Hells yeah... Wish I could have gotten that code number to help you guys out but couldnt sorry.

Just thought you would like an up date. He loves the bag so far. Happy riding. :)
 
well it is good to hear you still got it a little cheaper than what you was originally paid. It is a really cool bag.[up]
 
just had a simillar experiance with a xbs siderail i bought from a guy on bad web... he sent out my side rail and an airbox cover and the ups store screwed it up and shipped both items to the guy that bought the airbox cover... so the rail had to get shipped back and then shipped to me... the guy was apoligizing the entire time so i know it wasnt his fault and he was a super nice guy to deal with... but pretty sure UPS is really slipping lately...
