Went for a ride and this happened... I knew I would eventually have to deal with this, question is should I upgrade or just find another 03 belt?

You can upgrade but it's not absolutely necessary. The new '03 style
Belt is an upgraded belt and is unlimited mile. I have probably about 25k on the new belt for the '03.

I've got the stock sprockets and idler arm and pulley off my 09 if your interested in upgrading

at today's prices the conversion is about $174, earlier this week I looked up all the parts

I just found everything, you can get a rear sprocket for that price
