that's insane.
the plug size is 5/8th hex bolt head and bolt specs are 1/2X20 SAE measurement.
same as most all sportster primary drain plugs. on XB's the swingarm plug and primary plug dimensionally the same as are the O-rings @1 each. unless there is something odd about your 2003 plug that i'm not aware of just go to any H-D dealer and buy new plug and matching O-ring. they're cheap.
H-D part numbers as follows: oil drain plug #60328-98A..... O-ring #11105..... or #60328-98B for kit that has plug and oring

If your looking for the filler cap with dipstick I am 90 % certain these are the part numbers. Q0127.02A8 Cap
Q0109.02A8 o-ring. I think those are for the old style swingarms. The newer (07 for sure) swingarms part number for the cap ends in .1ak

thank you i will go to harley/the 03-04 have a dipstick on it but you dont really need it they take 2.5 quarts of oil. just sometimes the simplest part is the hardest to find most harley dealers dont want to be bothered when you have a buell. but the part number is a home run so thanks again

how do you plan to check the oil level?

that is the p/n for the filler plug assembly/dip stick with an o-ring, top of swing arm
oil drain plug kit p/n: 60328-98A, also comes with an o-ring, bottom of swing arm
