I thought I had saved a link in the past where I could buy an oil filter KIT that had the filter, o-ring and crush washers for the drain plugs as a kit form. Can't find the link, Anyone else know somewhere to buy in kit form?

I got a set off ebay, but the crush washer were wrong, the only thing that actually worked was the o-ring. Cant remember the sellers name ill look for it though so you can avoid his set.

eBay seller. I forgot the guys name too, but he's down south. Stand up guy. Will provide listing when not on mobile.

Is the crush washer even needed? I just ordered everything to do the engine and primary but I don't see anything stating a crush washer is used.

1125 uses crush washers and two oil drain plugs. And if you replace the filter canister it requires a large diameter o-ring.

You can usually get away with reusing the crush washers a few times but once the start getting scarred its time to replace them.

"Bajaron" is the ebay sellers name.

If you are planning on keeping the bike for a while, the washers and o-rings can be bought in bulk from McMaster Carr.

^Thats the guy I got my set from, the crush washers were the wrong ID and wouldn't fit. Not sure if he just had a bad batch or what ended up facing what I had and moved on.

That happened to me too. The set for the Can-Am spyder is very similar to the 1125 kit. I told him about the problem and he sent me a new set free of charge to correct the problem.

Lol, I just wish draining the left case side was easier to do without putting the kickstand in a drain pan.

Cosworth, I used tin foil tucked up under the hole to cover the kickstand and direct the oil into the pan. Got pretty good with tucking it in under the engine that I wouldn't get any on he kickstand.
