the rocker box gasket was the problem(valve cover).dealer said it was probably instaled funky at the factory but any way its fixed and they are dropping it off tomorrow, whew! oh yea they also replaced the clutch cable retainer wire with the upgraded one. ps. thanks to all you guys in the military on vetrans day!
