painting wheels

bought an 03 xb9r used and previous owner did not keep the wheels clean. have tried every product i can find even took it to a shop and had them done in acid. anyone had this problem if so let me know what else i could try if not what is a good way to go about painting them they are the factory silver cast aluminum wheels.

if ur looking 4 something different; tape off the bearings, sandblast em, rhino-line the hell out of em...or have em powder coated to cover up all the unwanted spots...

just have them powder coated, its pretty inexpensive and should last till you sale the bike.
