While I haven't had much time to manage this post, it's getting some hits so I thought I'd update the list with what I know (ish) is still available:
NEW - 1125R - NOS G0500.1AMF belt - $155
NEW - 1125 clutch and stator side covers - $75/clutch & $90/stator (have tons of new clutch slaves too)
USED - XB race muffler and matching ECM for 08/09 bikes - $400
NEW - XB OE mirrors, both S or R - $40 pair
NEW – 1125CR mirrors, $200 pair
USED - XB Rear Calipers $25
NEW - FH020AA 1125 Mosfet Regulator (no harness), $70
NEW - Y0302.1AMC 1125 Regulator, $105
NEW - CRG brake lever (New, full length - AN531) - $65
USED - XB12 exhaust actuator $10
USED - XB VR - $45
NEW - XB LONG BIKE LH seat rail/BLACK - $90
NEW - XB LONG BIKE LH seat rail/SILVER - $90

I've also got a low mile (6k ish?) 2008 Lightning SCG in great shape at $4200 and 2009 low mile (maybe 8500) 1125 CR at $3200. CR good: HID, buell heated grips, updated rotor/Ricks stator, updated clutch slave, my black Ronin 0 mile plastics. CR bad: bike was down before I bought it - one K member has been welded back together and there are some bumps and bruises here and there, just the stock exhaust but comes with a stock ECM and open exhaust ECM if you want to give it some more fuel.

race muffler and ecm for 08-09 any idea what changes or if it could be used on 06?
Nope.
The muffler will, but the ECM is completely different. '03-'07 DDFI-2 ECM, and '08-'10 DDFI-3 ECM.
