Passenger pegs allen size?

Anyone know what size allen key is used to remove the passenger pegs and arms? Trying to borrow one from my cousin instead of buying a whole set since i already have smaller ones but dont know what size to tell him. Would appreciate any help u guys can offer. Thanks!

They're 3/8-16 so you'll need to borrow the 5/16" Allen wrench.

Not to steal the thread, but very related question: I just bought some used passenger pegs/brackets, anyone know the exact size of the bolts/nuts I need to purchase to mount the brackets? I know for each side I need two allen-head bolts, and I think just one nut? I have a service manual to learn that much, but it did not give me the sizes of bolts...thanks

ps I gather they are 3/8 dia. and course thread from the earlier post, wondering about length? And which ones gets nuts?

3/8"-16 x 1" Long - Thought the nuts were welded into the subframe - If not just buy 3/8" Locknuts in case you need them.

they are welded into the subframe, at least they are on my Scg
