Passenger Seat won't unlatch

The lightning seat is quite a bit different.

Pull your tail light, and look in there while closing, make sure the latch is engaging. It might have been bent down. If it is lined up, make sure the cable isn't kinked, which would hold it in the unlocked position.

2 more hours and I did it. I removed the central tail section to understand the right way to wiggle the seat to latch it. It was like tire replacing.
