Anyone replace their control levers lately? If so, how did you remove
the OEM bushing from the clutch lever in order to replace it into the
new lever? That thing's in there tight! Thanx!

Take the mounting bolt (pivot point) all the way out and "finnagle" the stock lever out of the handlebar mount with "bushing" & clutch cable still attached to the lever. Then you should be able to rotate lever in a direction that will give you the needed slack to get the ferrule/bushing out. Do it in reverse to get it back together.

Thanx - I think I was unclear about the "bushing". It's actually located
inside where the mounting bolt goes (I think it's brass). I believe it needs
to be placed in the new lever before reinstalling.....?

Oh, that bushing. No need for that in the Pazzos if you got the right ones. I just pulled the mounting bolt out of the stock lever and installed through the Pazzo. Brass bushing pressed into stock lever Stays with it.

Wow, so it's that easy? Just the bolt and nut underneath, and that's
it.... No need to grease the hole? Did you use loctite on the threads?

took me five minutes to change both levers ....ok maybe ten but i was surprised at how easily it went together.I did give mine a light lube on the bolt but didn't need loctite to secure.I am really pleased with mine.

If I remember there was a bit more wobble in the clutch lever when I installed it first. I think I just leaned a bit harder on the wrench and took care of most of it. Now I don't notice it

Not a huge amount different in wobble than
the stock lever, I'll just have to deal. I'll post some
pix today. Looks so much better with them on!
