Pegasus heel gurads...Honest opinion wanted

Ordered these off of eBay. Pictures are not great since it was getting dark but curious what peoples opinion is of them. Build and finish quality is pretty good, certainly more flexable than the stock ones, right side fitment could be better, red is not a perfect match for the plastics (but I didn't really expect it to be), left fitment is very good.

Opinions??

see the fitment issue, but with color matching paint or close as possible maybe wouldn't be as noticeable...nice either way[up]

I dig them. And you can always paint to match. Definitely a different style. And not to many ppl will have them.

The left I like, the right bugs me. Thinking I might go the black route since i do like that it is somewhat custom and the black will mask some of the fitment issues.

I'm sure they're probably aluminum. Get some 220 grit and "brush" the non matching paint off. I do like the style

In all honesty I wasn't that happy with the color when I took them out of the box. Just ordered some Phantom Metallic black from ASB. Going to sand off the powder coat and hit it with the same paint as the frame. At least this way I get to have some custom heel guards but they will be a little more subtle.
