Just wanted to share some images of my first phase of LED lighting for my 09 xb12scg. This phase is lighting the airbox cover and flyscreen, as you can see in the pics need alittle adjustment in the flyscreen lights, and waiting on my k&n airfilter and airbox delete kit to arrive. sorry for camera quality. Phase 2, and 3 of this project are going to include under frame lighting, and possible halo rings for headlights as I get time.

Bike customizations:

Aluminum Jardine GP-1
Airbox Delete and K&N Filter
Custom Chopped Rear Fender (front Fender Removed)
EBR 08-09 Race ECM
Bar End Mirrors
Dual Headlight Mod
LED lighting for airbox and flyscreen
Pegasus Frame graphics by Matter
Pitbull Graphics under airbox cover and flyscreen
many more to come

If you're wondering the stand is a T-rex, works great, and perfectly stable, the spool bar is a piece I made with locking ends to slide through the rear axle to lift the rear of the bike, but onto the pics.

lighting is much brighter in person, camera doesn't do it justice. let me know what you think, more to come.

cant't remember the brand that the lights are offhand, but they are just the simple flexible Red LED strip lights from autozone, they seem to carry a brand that is a strip with a white background, and a slightly more expensive brand with a black background, the black is the way to go, besides hiding the strip much better, they are 10x as flexible and have full tape backs, the white is not very flexible and only has small one inch tape sections spaced out on the back. if I can find the package, or when I go to get more I'll post a pic of them. and once the wiring is 100% I'll show some of that, but its just a simple 2 wire set up, with an inline fuse on the hot side.
