Pics are color, just might be the cloud cover.

Does my GF's bike look black and not yellow?

Looks good. How do you like to levers? I have been thinking about some shorty levers. Can you use two fingers on the clutch without pinching the other two? Also can you expain what you cut on the front fairing? Thanks

the levers are great very comfortable, But I do wish I would have gotten the ASV unbreackable levers instead since they are only $15 more each and have a great warranty.

As far as the fairing I cut down the overall heighth by 3 or 4 inches and just rounded off the edges to give it a finished look. I just used a dremmel tool and some tape to follow a line.

Very clean looking, though all the pics do seem to have a blue tint. I like the airbox, is that screening in the cut-outs? Great Job.

Yeah just some cheap screening in the airbox,

I will have to post some pics in the sun when I get the chance.

Haven't gotten to ride much with the stabilizer yet. Mounting was straight forward and I am happy with how it looks and what little riding I did do all seemed well but time will tell more.

Thanks. Bike looks great! Think I'll sneak A stabilizer past the wife. She just doesn't understand!

I tried to cut the windscreen first but it left the "ears", which looked worse than stock but I am very happy with how it turned out.

You should have your fab guy remake some of those mirror block off plates! I don't feel like spend $60 on them.

I asked him about it but we only have a 3-axis machine at the shop in the tool room he can work with and it will only do squared off shapes no rounded edges. We have **** load on 5-Axis machines capable of doing anything but they are dedicated to specific jobs.

I work as a Technician at an Aerospace shop so everything is big bucks and there is no way to "borrow" a machine for a bit for some small bike parts. Although it would be nice to get some more one off pieces for my bike or truck.

I tried to have him machine the face of my sprocket like the diamond sprocket but the tool room machine he would use is just a little to small so I had to sand blast the face and paint. I imagine it will actually be better since there is no polishing and it matches the frame but it is what it is I guess.

Well shreaded my belt and long story short got a new one put on and a ticket at the same time.

Also put a couple hundred miles on my bike this weekend and my final thoughts on the stabilizer..... Absolutly awsome. Such a differece cruising around and just a much stabiler ride.

Now I need to convince my GF to fork out $500 to get one.

I say best mod of all so far.
