I always find it funny that people are so excited and happy they are getting back a huge refund, it's like they don't know what "refund" means and why they are getting it back. I mean, yes I'm excited im gettin 4k back, but that's because I paid in 4K too much and they aren't giving me interest back! but if the shoe was on the other foot and I owed them money and didn't pay it back immeditely they would charge me interest. Just another way we get bent over and take it.

Rather than rag the government, recalculate your exemptions from withholding such that you keep more. As long as you don't come up desperately short, the IRS doesn't care.

Having never owned an Air Cooled Buell I'm considering it once I get the race bike squared away.

I've paid taxes at the end of the year for at least 18 years. Anything under a few grand is cool with me since I don't feel the government deserves any money let alone interest free money.
