Hi my name is mike and I'm new to buellxb.com and was wondering if you have to be a member for a while or a certain amount of post to be able to upload and post picks of my bike?

Amount of posts. I believe the forum should show you a message what is that amount when you attempt to upload pictures. I use https://imgbb.com service to upload pictures and to post them because of this forum has limited pictures storage space.

We actually have lots of storage available after the forum was moved to the new server. I increased the limit to 1024x1024 and 2MB per image. Hope this is enough, but Flickr works too.

As for the permissions, Profile settings, and image upload will become available after you make 3 posts.
