plastic cover rubbing belt??

Hi all,
I think the lower plastic cover over the drive belt is rubbing my drive belt right at the end of the cover. I know it is really close and it seems like it rubs when thwind hits it from riding faster. Am I just crazy or has anyone else had this problem.

its an 06 uly with 120 miles on it. I'll post pics later. I don't know for sure if it does but it is really close to rubbing.

well it's easy to check...

put a bit of grease on the edge of the cover and take 2 steps with the bike. if there's grease on your belt, it's touching.
