So today I was zipping through my neighborhood doing about 10 over when I see the lights and its like ah crap. Cop walks up and does the whole routine cop thing. At the end he goes I'm going to let you off with a warning because I also ride a Buell. About the most lucky thing ever.

I got pulled over by NH state cop and I was doing 112 in a 65! So he gets out looking all bent outta shape and says "DO YOU KNOW HOW FAST YOU WERE GOING?" So I say "Ummm like 90?" " NO I CLOCKED YOU AT 112"..."license and registration" so I give it to him and he returns to his car and like 10 minutes later he gets out comes over and says "What kind of bike is that" "It's a 05 Buell xb12scg"(thinking to myself" didn't you just have my reg for like 10 minutes".)SO he says and I quote "That's a nice Fucking bike!" We ended up shooting the breeze for 35 minutes and he let me go! Then 1 week latter I ran into him up at Laconia, He sees me and says "Hey your that seed demon on that bad ass Buell!"and we start chattin again and he tells me that he's looking for a Buell.

Hahaha, Mall Cops, they are just as funny as the movies make them out to be.

I just turn away from them and leave if they try to give me any hassle, for whatever it maybe they feel is worthy of bothering my afternoon.

Tis true... I parked my bike up on the sidewalk at the theater (attached to mall) the other day, when I came out I had a "courtesy ticket" stating that if I continued to park my vehicle in undesignated areas that it would be subject to towing... and yes, the mall cops have segways...with helmets and lights...

i got a "fix it" ticket from a lady cop on a horse at the local fair here for my liscense pate being at the wrong angle... i said your on a horse how can you see it anyway! she diddnt like it and gave me a 5 day fix it ticket...

pretty sad to get pulled over by a horse!

I respectfully disagree with this statement. I have good friends that state troopers and have worked in sherriff depts and couldnt stand being around hardly any of them.

You get good ones and bad ones in each dept though. Sometimes you just luck out when pulled over, other times not.
