Police Pullover

I'm a cop and I always just warn people on motorcyles, but the ironic thing is the cops that are the worst and will ticket anyone are motorcycle cops, so beware.

You would think that motorcycle cops would know what it's like. You all know what I'm talking about. You'r cruzin along and you "think" you'r doing like 50 or 60 and you look at the speedo and it's hovering around 90 hahaha

I was pulled over a few years ago on my CBR954. The cop asked for license and registration, after looking at my papers, he asked me what kind of bike I had. I told him Honda, and asked why I was pulled over. He said "you sure were skootin and bootin' back there" (whatever that means). He then continued to circle my bike a few times and wrote me a fix it ticket for improper license plate lighting (It was the middle of the afternoon . [confused]).

Got a lecture last night at target in N.Richland Hills ,Tx about parking my Buell at the bike rack on the sidewalk from a cop. At the same rack was a yamaha scooter , asked him if that was a problem and he said no because that is not a motorcycle. WTF !!!!!!!!

Well SOB I got pulled over Friday on my way home from work: 31 over (in a 35mph zone), no proof on ins. and plate at wrong angle. All civil infractions - no fixit for the plate and no waiving on the proof of ins. I'm pretty bummed and will be out $500 and hit with 4 points. I think I'll get a lawyer and try to get the points reduced at least.

May end up selling the bike....

No I wouldn't sell my car... but speeding on the bike is an every ride occurance. It's just too damn easy to go fast. It never feels like it... you look down and your going 68 in a 35....

Get one of those pre paid lawyers. I seen a dude get 30mph over ticket reduced to a no seatbelt... on a motorcycle....
