Polished Frame/Gas Tank

I have seen a few guys with extremely shiny highly polished frames what did you use to get it to look that nice it almost looks chrome but i have heard a few people say its not chrome just alot of hard work. I personally think it is well worth the work if i could find out what products and techniques you use it would be greatly appreciated.

ok what u need is a can of paint remover and a can of mothers metal polish first you have to take the paint off the frame then once all the paint is off then you start polishing the metal with the mothers till its chrome i did my frame and the lip of my rims swingarm and whatever else i can reach lol if you click on the pics i just posted pics of my bike the white fireboltat the top of page hope this helps
