Power for accessories

There are two openings under the seat (in the middle, one on each side, the left one is just over the rear shock adjuster knob) - can these be used to feed power cables from the battery or underseat power outlet to various accessories, or they are used for ventilation/cooling purposes? Thanks!

I cant quite remember the two openings, but I am sure that I have my breather pipe line running out of one of them.

If they are for ventilation, then a cable of two will not impeed it's function too much.
