primary cover help

will a 2008 Buell XB12R Firebolt PRIMARY CLUTCH cover fit on a 05 xb12s

or are they different.

No changes, and once again Dave is Correct.

I have one on my '03 cause I wanted the smooth look going to a Uly cover and then painting it to match the frame.

Ok, I may just have bad luck with primary covers.

I have bought 2 for my Uly, and neither of them would fit.

Neither of them I bought had the press-in bushing on the inside of the shifter shaft. There was just a cast in place ridge.

I've seen this question come up a couple times on here, and the consensus seems to be that any cover will fit any bike. Or is there a difference between the xb9 and xb12 primary covers?
