Primary Cover painting?

I'm tired of the champaign color primary cover, so I'm thinking of having it powder coated black. I know I'd have to order a new gasket, but is there anything else involved that I should be aware of? Any common problems?

Not that I know of just make sure that the torque spec's are correct when you put it back on. I know the manual is wrong about the drain plug.
