I have been wanting to get a firebolt for a while but havent pulled the trigger. I would love to get a project bike to keep me busy during the winter and save me some money in the end on my bike.

Found this one, how does it look?
Firebolt

If you know your way around a wrench, for the right price that could be a good deal

Thanks for the responses. I am not too familiar with these bikes but hey, thats half the fun, getting to know it! Just by looking can you guys tell what it might need?

Good! ;)

I bought a 2009 Pontiac G8 GT with 20k miles on that site for $5k that was wrecked. fixed it for $4k and sold it for $15k. Not bad for a month job. Tempting to quit my job and do it full time!

Don't quit your day job... I've bought a few cars from there and it's really a hit and miss thing. I bought an X-Type a few years ago with a very light hit that ran and drove. Turned out the tranny was bad.

But again, my current 03 Ranger has cost me 3900 all together and works perfect

I wont! Actually in school right now with part time job. I see how it could be hit and miss. I guess I got lucky.
