Prospective Blast purchase - oil leak?

Hello! I don't own a Buell but am a big fan of the bikes. I've browsed this site over the years quite a few times. I'm looking at a 2008 Blast for sale, and it looks pretty good overall. One thing I do see though, is traces of an oil leak on the front of the engine. Does this look like a rocket box gasket leak? I poked around in there as best as I could, almost looks like whoever had it last apart used some orange RTV sealant...
