Stamen, you clearly have a mis-adjusted hydraulic clutch. The bike should roll freely when in gear with the clutch disengaged, on not move when in gear with the clutch engaged. Most hydraulic clutch master cylinders have several adjustments inlcluding the lever freeplay, the pivot point, and the push rod length. After you're sure the system is bled, and the clutch itself is correctly adjusted, try these other adjustments at the master cyl...
