Hey guys, just ave a quick question I was hoping someone could answer about the seat rails on lightnings.

The previous owner of my bike lowside while the passenger pegs were mounted. He snapped the mounting holes out of the seat rail. I'm looking at a replacement section since I'll need to carry a passenger soon.

Is there any difference between the low and regular lightning in this regard? I've got an '03 XB9SL and the rail is from a standard. Will it fit?

My right side rail is broken for the pass. peg too. From a low side and previous owner. Priced it out at Harley, it was around 200 bucks and a couple weeks to get it. I just put in a regular bolt/nut and all is well.

Unfortunately, it was in such a way that the threaded portion is no longer intact. Not much left to screw into... I don't think it goes all the way into the subframe?

the seat rails are the same between the S, SCG, SL, etc...they differ from the SS models
