Quickest way to get steering head bearings?

Here are some pics you can see how filthy the bearing as. You could turn it in your palm and feel the sand in it. The race is also notched.

You can see the "seal" in the pics. It's basically a washer with a rubber ring on the outer edge. Doesn't work too well.

I don't mean this in any kind of a 'judgy' way, but do you wheelie? That's known to notch steering head bearings...

Any thoughts on how you notched the bearing? Was your steering head torqued down to spec?

Yes was torqued. Like i said above the bearing got filled with water sand and dirt which caused the failure
