race ecm vs ECMspy

I plan on buying a new exhaust for my 05 xb9sx (not sure what kind yet), i already have the k&n and plan on doing the breather mod when i get some down time. Would using the buell race ecm be any different then using ECMspy? if i got ECMspy i wouldnt be doing the tuning myself anyway.

the race ECM is a general "intake and exhaust" map. It works, but every bike is different. You're better off having it custom tuned with ECMspy through Xoptiinside.com It will only cost $100, and will be tuned for your bike, not just a general map.

I agree with Dave. Race ECM is good, but with ECMSpy you're getting a custom tailered map for your setup and climate.

Unless you already have the Race ECM, getting the bike Xoptimized would be cheaper anyway.
