race maps?

can someone point me in the direction of a decent race map for my 04 xb12r? not sure if im just overlooking it but i cant find them. it has breather reroute and k&n and d&d exhaust if that matters as to which map to start with (and tweak from there if needed)

The "race map" is the map that came in the race ecu. It is optimized for the factory Buell race muffler and K&N. People use the race map for other mufflers, and it can work, but being that it is not for that exact muffler, it could be very bad and cause damage to your bike.

There are not really any maps for other mufflers for free. Xoptiinside.com can do a custom map for you, or he has generic tunes for various mufflers that you purchase. This is your best option.

That being said, if you want to try the race map, I have it. Be sure to read, and watch videos of how to load a map safely. Always do your research before doing any tuning

im just wanting to use it as a base and tune from there. i suppose if nothing else i can just use my stock tune as a base. done lots and lots of reading. im really good with computers and work on them all the time so no issues there...and my father has been a mechanic his entire life so im not new to that either. just looking for a decent starting point is all. i fully plan on doing a custom map from that point

I got mine from somewhere else but googled and came across this for you, read before you do anything and only copy the maps you need, do not flash the EEPROM onto a stock ECU.

EDIT by "maps" I mean the actual data in the tables that you want then you have to input that data into the stock map tables using ECMspy.
