Quick question guys and gals. The highest bidder on my pipe has contacted me and said they are from france. Sent me his address, upon my request, and everything and also said he would pay through pay pal (Another good thing). I am weary of this a little because of scams, but he actually seems legit. If you were in my shoes what would you do? Thanks in advance.[cool]

My biggest concern would be shipping. It will be way more than $50 to ship to France. If you can work that out I'd say go for it. As long as the money post in your PayPal your good. PayPal and eBay have buyer and seller protection.

I've heard the problem shipping internationally is, and this is coming into the us not just going out, sometimes the items will sit in customs for long periods and then they add on fees which there's no real rhyme or reason to how much they charge. So it's difficult to determine what shipping will be, and typically it's way more than expected which can cause some disdain from the buyer.

I'd be cautious, but explain very clearly what might happen just to stay out ahead of any non-payment issues, or negative eBay marks, etc.

Thanks for the advice on dealing internationally. I feel safe using pay pal so as long as it clears Im cool with it. This pipe weighs about 25 lbs correct? He is aware the shipping will be more. Now I can pay for my tail swap[up]

Sold. Sold. Sold. Shipping to France was only 105.10. Not sure why but the exhaust weighed 18.7 pounds and there was only bubble wrap in the box with it.
