Raleigh City Bikefest...

If anyone is in the Raleigh area, the weather is looking awesome for this. Gonna be a good year cause it is usually cruiser Harley types but this year Team Powersports which is a sportier type of place jumped on board so there will be stunt shows, wheelie machine, and other things that are not just geared towards cruisers. If you go out let me know I'll be out there on my XB.

I just got back from tonights festivities and the stunt show was pretty sweet. The two riders were really good and one was on an XB-R and the other was on an XR1200 and man were they doing some awesome stunts on them. Then they switched to sportsters. Crazy seeing wheelies on a sportster. Let me know when you are going, I'll be going again tomorrow afternoon sometime and we can meet up somewhere there. I'll probably hit up Ray Price first and check out what they have there then head over to Fayetteville St. I did see a red XB-R there tonight.

**** - forgot that was this weekend! And I already have all kinds of things planned for today.

I do plan on going on a ride the first weekend of October or so down to Wilmington - hopefully a bunch of guys from work.

I must of missed you when you came back. I heard you talked to my friend Roger. He was the old gray haired guy that looked like Sam Elliot. I actually bought my CR from him. He has a Uly now among other bikes. He was commenting on your bike. Hate that I missed it so we will definitely have to get a ride together now that it is cooling off so I can check that thing out. My stator is getting rewound right now on my CR but I can still slay some twisties with the XB till then.

Ah yeah I talked with him =) Very cool guy lol he was telling me about selling his CR. He had another friend there that rode in a translucent blue city-x. I came back but it was around 9 and only stayed for like 45 minutes or so because I had to get back to fayetteville. I looked around but didnt see any buells there anymore. We will definitely get together and ride sometime. If youre local to fayetteville itll be easy.. if not I dont mind riding up to raleigh. i fricken love that city lol
