Realistically what is an 08 Blast worth?

I am a new guy here just trying to pick the brains of a few of you Buelligans!

I have an 08 Buell Blast and am looking to sell it. The bike has just over 1000 miles on it and has been dealer stored/maintained over the past couple years. I am the original owner. It is in very good shape aside from some easily fixable surface rust on the exhaust..

The only thing I have done to the bike is the stock exhaust modification (drilled a small hole in the right side of the pipe). The bike does popcorn a bit but i'm guessing that is normal.

I live in Western New York and was thinking of listing the bike at around 3500 dollars due to the low mileage. Listing at that price will also give me some room to barter with the prospective owner

Does this sound reasonable or am I being unrealistic?

really depends on the market.
I would guess your going to get 2500.
check criegslist see how many are around and what they are selling for.

$3500 will take a while to get even with only 1000 miles. $2500 to $2800 should move it soon.

Thanks for the input so far. I will check craigslist and see what they are going for locally.

Maybe I will start pricing at around 3000 then and take a reasonable offer.
