Rear cylinder

I was losing power figured out it was in rear cylinder. Seems to have fire but having my coil tested. Has anyone had this issue? Seems to be electrical the fuel system seems to be fine getting plenty of gas. A friend said it could be in the ignition box, ignition crank sensor, or just may have a wire that has been damaged in the wiring system. Just wondering if anyone has had these issues or could lead me in the right direction?

Make and year of bike always helps. Ngk DCPR9EIX spark plugs are a little bit better than some other brands then checking the wires .Coil check is always a good place to start.
Injectors test and always do a simple TPS reset if it is an 2008 plus bike. . Checking the Head gaskets and Compression test also. Hope it is an easy fix, Small things first.*Jimi
