Rear rack from Ebay?

Does anyone have experience positive or negative with this rear rack from ebay. I am planning to add a rear rack to my Ulysses and this looks interesting.

The post on ebay says that it fits the Buell Ulysses. My measurements of the bolt locations above the rear wheel don't match the dimensions shown in the drawing.

With the correct variety of u bolts and strap bars, you can make anything work. The only limit is your imagination, and your ability to deal with the weird looks and heckling from others.
