Can someone please tell me which wires are which on the rear tail light? Running light and brake light wire colors for example. I'm replacing my stocker with a custom unit and need to make sure I'm right! Thanks.

Couldn't tell ya for sure but if you have a test light or volt meter test each write and you will get your answer

Service Manual: B21&B29

O/W to ignition - Orange / white stripe=Running light
R/Y to braking - Red / yellow stripe =Brake light

Awesome, thanks! And it looks like the blinkers are going to be the brown and black wires? So which wire will I be hooking my new LED blinkers to as the powered wire, and which will be the ground wire?

Can't tell ya what wire but a led will only work one way. Hold the wires together and see if it works if not switch them. You will also need a resistor is you don't want it to flash fast.

If you don't want to run resistors/load equalizers (they can get hot) just swap out your relay for an LED turn signal relay. That will keep your turn signals from flashing too quickly. I got mine at American Sportbike, but I read about a mod on the forum where you can open up your existing relay and change it to work with the LED signals if you want to save 20 bucks over buying a different relay.
