Hello all. Well I've seen at least 2 or 3 Buells in passing but I don't have any Buell friends. Most of the guys I ride with have Road Kings, Royal Stars, Vulcans, or a CBR. This makes it really hard to know when something is off on my bike and not just in my head. Nothing to compare it to. July 2012 while out with my CBR friend I hit a patch of very fine dust right after getting my Forks rebuilt by Skip's Fordyce HD in Riverside. They put thicker oil in and the crash happened on my first ride after that. =) The bike is fine, I broke my wrist. It didn't even damage the fairing bad, just scratch the right rear up a little. We were going out to warm up the oil before re-tuning the forks, I never saw the dust and it felt like I was on ice. Ok I'm babbling....

If there are any Buell Rider's in the area shoot me an email. I have a 2009 Buell XB12R. I was going to do ECM Tuning but it seems like a lot of work for the 09's. I do have the data cable. I need to upload new pics of my bike. Below is an old one.

Hey, I'm in the Palm Springs/ Coachella Valley area. In the year that I've had my Firebolt I've seen maybe a total of three Buells in passing... never a chance to talk to any of the owners. I actually got mine from a guy somewhere near Redlands. I really need to do a few things (tires being one of those things) on my bike before I am comfortable taking it anywhere but locally. I've been riding my Ninja most of the time. It would be great to meet up with another Buell owner!

Im in san diego but my sister lives in yacaipa and im up there often enough. Often head to hanger 24 for some beers.

Mustang...I drive from Phoenix to Murrieta/Temecula most weekends unless I'm working, my family go often to Indio and hang at the resort off Gulf Center, north of the casino

I really need to address the issues with my bike.... It's been too long. The heat has to break here first. I changed the oil and adjusted the chain on my other bike and I swear I was borderline heatstroke from the temp in the garage.

Sorry guys I've been busy. The setup is a pair of Speakers. If you look on the front you'll see to 1" Sound Stream Tweeters and on the fairing there are some blue speakers there as well. The ones on the fairing have been there for years. I added the Tweeters a while back and it sound pretty good, but when I ride with my Cruiser friends they have all of this music so I made myself a fiberglass rear pair that I can put on and take off anytime that I want. All of my music/GPS connects to my bike using a cheap little bluetooth connector that I got from Amazon. When I hit the Twisties I pull it off and just keep the front ones on.
